After years in the catering world, one thing always stood out to me: coffee. I drank it everywhere — the big-name chains were reliable, sure, but something was missing. So I took a turn down a different path, toward the smaller, independent coffee shops.

That's where the magic hit me. I discovered just how diverse and exciting real coffee can be — shaped by altitude, soil, seasons, and the hands that grow it. Every cup has a story, a place, a purpose.
