This Gesha lot comes from the Quispe family, nestled in the lush northern highlands of Peru, in Agua Azul, Chontali, Jaén, Cajamarca. Roger Quispe, along with his brothers and father, leads the family’s farm operations with dedication and care.
Grown at elevations between 1,897 and 2,050 meters above sea level, the coffee benefits from both the altitude and the family's meticulous farming methods—key factors behind its exceptional quality.
For processing, this lot is washed but begins with an extended anaerobic cherry fermentation in plastic tanks before pulping, adding complexity to the cup.
